A combination tool incorporating a spring tension
gauge, punch and very unusual screwdriver.

The body is brass, the balance polished steel. The
gauge is marked from 1 to 20 pounds in 1/2 pound increments. Both
punch and driver are drilled so that a string can be
threaded through and the gauge used. Broad arrow marked. OAL
4 15/16"

exported from England post WWI (1914-1918) were required
