HISTORY OF THE P1907 BAYONET
A brief look at the history and development of the Pattern of 1907 bayonet, including it's ancestors, the P1888 and P1903 bayonets.

BAYONET TERMONOLOGY
If you're going to fool around with bayonets, you might as well know the correct words for what you're talking about. A brief picture guide makes it easy.

REGIMENTAL PATTERN OF 1907 BAYONETS
The cult of the bayonet - the idea that cold steel and raw courage would overcome all obstacles (including machine guns and artillery) - lived out it's last days in the time that the P1907 bayonet was the bayonet of the Empire and Commonwealth. Many P1907 bayonets are regimentally marked.  A few collectors have agreed to share their treasures. You can visit them here.

I haven't got room for everything, so the bayonets get edited from time to time. You may find what you're looking for here.
